Binartus is an US-registered company, and most of our staff is from Ukraine and Eastern Europe. We also have three development centers in Kiev, Donetsk and Kirovohrad.

Local economic conditions allow us to keep development costs lower than in Western countries, yet maintain or exceed the standards of quality of companies based in other parts of the world.

In Ukraine, a technical education is essentially free. This allows every talented individual to become a genuine expert in their chosen field of technology. As a result, there is an abundance of talented, creative programmers who represent excellence in the Binary Arts.
